Green Hammock Counseling

Custom Wordmark Logo, Website Design, Visual Branding

Corinne is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been counseling for over 13 years. She specializes in helping couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. In addition to couples therapy, she also guides patients through difficult grief.

However, her existing branding did not accurately represent these services or appeal to her target audience. An outdated look and disjointed website were not generating leads for the business.

The Solution: We discussed a branding refresh, including a new logo, color palette, typography, and a redesigned website. My goal was to create a fresh, but soothing brand that resonated with the target audience and accurately represented Corinne’s private practice.

Branding Refresh: I started with the logo redesign and chose to create a wordmark rather than in icon so it would be clean, modern, and easily recognizable. The font for the wordmark has been customized to indicate life’s twists, turns, and emotionally heavy times. Green was an obvious choice for the color, but at times it takes a backseat to the soft desert tones of tan and pink.

Redesigned Website: I designed a scrollable one-page website that was more user-friendly and easier to navigate than the previous version. The layout emphasized the client’s services and benefits, with clear calls-to-action throughout the website.

Results: The new branding and website redesign had a significant impact on Corinne’s business. Within the first month of launching the new website, she had an increase in leads and traffic. She also received positive feedback from both new and existing clients about the updated branding and website design. These changes helped her establish a more professional image and stand out from competitors. Overall, the branding refresh and website redesign were a success and put her on the path to achieving her business goals.
